Evelin, thank you for your honest review. We are a scratch kitchen and we can add anything we have to a dish to dress it up to your liking! We also cater to all diets and half of out tapas and pizza are already vegetarian and many can be modified to be vegetarian. We am really happy that you enjoyed great service and enjoyed the space, but we'd love to have you in again to try and impress you on the food. Alex, we are so sorry that your experience at MIA was anything less than amazing. We can assure you that our meatballs, as with all our products, are made in-house, by hand, from scratch. We make sure to use every part we can from every cut of beef, chicken, pork and vegetable that we can. We even add a small bit of prosciutto to each meatball for extra flavor. The marinara we also make from scratch, roasting the tomatoes, garlic, onion, herbs and wine. Same with our Arancini, we make the risotto from scratch and use the freshest ingredients possible. Our bread, also in-house. In addition we source locally and we make sure we have 0 preservatives in our products to give our guest the freshest product possible. As far as us being empty on a Sunday, we had spectacular brunch and dinner service yesterday and we are incredibly proud of our staff for the service they provided as well as the product we put out, and we are absolutely looking for ways to increase business in-between those times by offering discounts on drafts all day Sunday, adding music to our patio and of course making sure the restaurant is clean. And if you are on a budget, we have an amazing happy hour during the week that offers a discount on both food and beverages and on Tuesdays we offer a half on wine bottles all day in addition to happy hour.
