We had wonderful experience with Greggs team while selling our house. We interviewed about five agents and among them Gregg was very informative and meet beyond our expectations . Gregg advised us on right price strategy and adjusted as per our suggestions . His marketing material was very professional which projected the house with all its potentials . Gregg was a great partner for us in selling our home. We moved from Austin a couple years ago but just had decided to put our home on the market. We were seeking someone with specific expertise in the Lakeway and Bee Cave area bc we knew we would need extra help not being in the city (or even the state) ourselves. So he was great at being on point and in person to manage all the work that had to be done before and during that selling process.
