This place is better than the competition next to it. Sandy's excels because they have tasty everything, above average customer service and reasonable pricing. Their burgers are a generous size for sure. I just wish they would clean their tables regularly so it's welcoming to eat there.

I can't even believe what horrible customer service they have. The hispanic lady taking the orders should not be working with the public and if I wasn't with my nephew I would have let her know just that. She couldn't be bothered with taking the order, rudely said to look and read the menu to someone that couldn't read and then rattled off everything fast and hard to hear. We didn't know if she got the order right or not, she just rushed us but if she would have been more professional and smart she would have known she was making it more complicated and slower. The burger and fries were ehhh. We won't be back because of her c u next Tuesday attitude.

This place is one of a kind. Great shakes and food. Classic restaurant!
