Rosita's Al Pastor

I love this place and they have amazing food. The hours are not right though. I went up at 11 when it says they close at 12, and was told sometimes we close at 12 sometimes sooner. Thus I must dock it 2 stars for such trickery. 5 stars when its open but I guess its up to them when they are.

Came here as it was close to my stay while in Austin and so glad I did. The staff was friendly and most importantly, the food was amazing - especially the hot sauces!

There's a nice looking location with indoor seating that is open until 3pm, afterwards they move to a food truck just outside. Quite a curious setup. It's quite a popular place, so I was expecting more than I got. Quite, frankly, the pastor tacos were vmunderwhelming, the meat quite dry, taste ok. And the portions are not particularly generous either, so it's not like you make up work quantity... On the other hand I quite liked the tostada de cevice. I may be a bit harsh with that 3 stars, but I am rating the tacos I went for.
