        Absolutely awful service. Took half an hour to get a drink and it wasn't even that busy, then when we tried to pay at the bar because we couldn't find the waiter, the bartender told us to go and sit down and wait. Then we had to go find the bartender, who finally came, in a roundabout way. I don't ever recall not leaving a tip. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip. Oh, and they call themselves a rooftop bar. Ironic considering they are on the second floor of a 34 story building.

        Had such a great experience at Carolines Upstairs. Bartender Uly helped make two very special custom drinks for my friends bachelorette celebration. Uly also helped get us all the ice shots we needed to ring the bell!! Great vibe, live DJ music, and friendly staff/patrons. Highly recommend for all ages groups.
