How many times do I have to say it? These guys great. Not only do I refer them to clients whenever I can, of course I have them work on my own house too. One of the best parts about working with Ultra is that Darinel always seems to be in good spirits not just when things are easy but even when there are challenges on the job. Darinel at Ultra Services Remodeling is the absolute best.  I've had nothing but positive experiences on all of the projects he's helped me with. He's very professional and always shows up on time. His crews are the same. He's helped me many times with many different types of projects and recently got my home in shape for sale.  I'd highly recommend him for all of your construction needs.

Would definitely recommend.  We needed a bathtub-to-shower conversion.  Ultra Services gave us a better solution for a much lower price than what the bigger companies offered.  Communication on scope and price was clear and consistent.  They always let us know when they would be coming--and then showed up exactly  as scheduled.  The workers were very polite and accommodating, and they did an excellent job keeping the jobsite clean, and removed tools and floor coverings each evening before leaving. Overall a very good experience.

My home suffered extensive damage when a water line broke on the second floor. I called Ultra Services and three other firms that were highly rated by rating services such as Angi, Google and Yelp to bid on the restoration project. The contrast between Ultra Services and the other three other firms was day and night. Ultra Services came out and took the time to take detailed notes on required work. Then they provided a detailed estimate that gave me a cost breakdown of all individual charges that I could compare to an insurance estimate. They were crystal clear about what was and was not included in their bid. As I learned more about what was needed, they cheerfully revised their estimate with the changes. Other firms simply gave me a final figure with almost no breakdown of costs, leaving me to wonder what specifics were actually included. In all, working with Ultra Services was a very positive experience in an otherwise very stressful time. Just as I was ready to commit to using Ultra Services I discovered that a friend of 20 years owned a company that performed only insurance related restoration claims work, and used the same estimation software that the insurance company used to align estimates and actuals. In the end, I did not engage Ultra Services, but it would be a disservice to not report that the quality of their up-front service is very impressive and highly recommended by me.

Darinel from Ultra Services was referred to us by a friend. He had built and finished a few houses on their property outside of Fredericksberg. We had just purchased a house built in 1978 and it needed a TON of work. He showed up and walked through with us while we pointed out things we wanted to do. Along the way he had some really great ideas that we had not thought of. He were impressed by his creativity and his knowledge of how the home was built and ways he could help us improve it. Within a few days his crew showed up to start the demo. Everyone was masked up and so friendly. It was amazing how quick they got the house prepped and demoed. We were living in our guest house in the back of our property but it was still amazing to see the progress every day. Ultra Services remodeled our entire house. New Kitchen, cabinets, new floors, new bathrooms, new closets, retextured walls, installed skylights, new electrical, plumbing, new windows, full paint interior/exterior, structural work, and roof support. Darinel was very responsive and showed up almost daily to check in on his crew and let us know what progress would be happening. The work they did surpassed our expectations ten fold. We plan on building another small house on our property and will be using USR again. In fact, we have already referred Ultra to friends and family that are planning their remodels.
