Extremely disappointing experience; inept scheduling people Corbin/Corben and Lexi sending a barrage of text messages, emails and voicemails, who seemingly care more about getting you scheduled and not meeting your needs, yet these people dont communicate clearly and thus my Apts were cancelled due to not filling out paperwork that takes 2 mins to do. Extremely disappointed. Somehow with sending nearly a dozen text messages, emails and phone calls/voicemails to me it still was not communicated that paperwork had to be completed before-hand. Unbelievable. I waited a week for an apt here and needed to get in, these people need to take their job and peoples well being more seriously. What a joke. Id like to be compensated for a week of my time I just wasted! We are not 2 year old children. I dont need someone to call me and badger me with communication after communication demanding I confirm and reconfirm and confirm again my apt otherwise they will cancel it.

The other negative reviews are true. They will cancel a therapy appointment and not tell you. I had a loss in my family and wanted to talk to my therapist. But no one answered and I left a message and no one called me back. Then when my appointment finally came around I talked to my therapist and she asks how do I want her to help me. I thought that was their job to figure that out. Also, she yawns throughout my sessions. Definitely going to leave this place. Only good thing is that they accept insurance.

They bill insurance with fraud. They also make extremely bad treatment decisions, then ask if you want to do ketamine treatment which is far more expensive. They also block your ideas for treatment even if they might work, probably because they want you to pay for ketamine treatment. They also pretend it's something arcane whether if ketamine is formulary under insurance; it's either formulary or not formulary. They are most likely lying about coverage for ketamine.

Dr Lippe is great, easily the best of the 5 psychiatrists I've had for primary and various treatments. The nurse I had for my esketamine series was also good, but the billing is very slow (up to 4 months) and the office in general takes forever to send things. The therapist I had I didn't really like, seemed like he didn't really understand depression, but I haven't liked any of the other therapists I've had. I was also not informed that one is my sessions with him was cancelled, despite being his last appointment of the day. My psychiatric nurse practitioner is alright, she used to forget to send in my prescriptions the first 2-3 times and I had to send a message to get her to do it, she now sends the prescriptions in during our appointments so that problem has been remedied. She's very quick to respond to messages, even outside of office hours, I don't think I've had to wait even 24 hours for a response. She does also seems a bit cold and rushed. I don't think I'll stay with them long term, I definitely would have switched already if I wouldn't have to deal with hassle of switching providers.
