Ive been following Tracys work profile online for a while now and decided to make the trip from Dallas to have her do some work. I was nervous as this was my first experience with any cosmetic procedure, I put FULL trust in her and trusted her vision for balancing my face. The results are better than I could have imagined! Her gentle touch, and eye for details make her a great injector. I would recommend HOP and Tracy to ANY friends or family considering injectables!

If you are looking for a quality med spa in Austin look no further. I was very happy with my results. Tracy is an incredibly knowledgeable injector and was conservative. I was going for a more natural look and she did exactly that! Their aesthetician Tristian is also very skilled, you will leave glowing. On top of that their interior is SO cute and relaxing!

I am in love with HOP. After a friend recommended it to me for BBL laser, I decided to give it a try and Im so happy I did. I joined their laser club and have been seeing Hannah for the past few months. What I really love (aside from the beautiful aesthetic of the place) is how warm a welcoming the entire staff is. Ive done many treatments, but never lasers before and Hannah is always so kind to literally walk me through each procedure, after care, expected results and makes honest recommendations if we ever need to pivot to get the best results for my goals. I highly recommend this place and Hannah for your laser needs. **Pics show my cheek from my 1st treatment to my 2nd treatment. Although I first came in for BBL, my skin didnt respond so weve been spot treating the sunspot with BBL and then doing the Facetune laser all over. My skin is glowing thanks to Hannah and I look forward to continued results!
