Touchstone Imaging South Austin

Just an outstanding facility for any type of radiological and or imaging procedure, great people and amazing service. Definitely would recommend this imaging center. I was very impressed with my overall experience.

Great service, great everything except for one big issue for people with respiratory issues. The facility uses Glade Plug-In air fresheners. In my feedback, I asked the management to reconsider their use. So for those of you with lung challenges, you may want to call ahead and see if they are still using them.

I was definitely impressed with Touchstone from scheduling the appointment to getting test results quickly. Our pediatrician wanted a stat chest xray done. I called and they offered us a same day appointment we couldnt make but got us one first thing the next morning. Monica at the front desk was so kind and checked us in. She was genuine and helpful! We were there early and they were able to take us back before our appointment. Marissa was the tech and she worked well with my daughter. She was patient and kind and checked in on how she was doing through the process. We got our results to our Pediatrician within hours . Overall was a great experience, quick, easy, and staff was kind.

I wish my insurance covered more, but I dont think that should effect their rating. When it comes to the staff, my experience was smooth and friendly. The MRI took a little longer than usual but other than that, it was a good experience!
