        Originally saw dr Guerra but was passed off to a PA and the practice has steadily declined in quality and value over the years. Paying a membership fee now that doesnt cover anything, rude office staff, depressing office. Unfortunately this is typical healthcare in America, expensive yet worthless insurance and overcrowded offices more concerned with money than healthcare.

        I've been a patient for years now and pre-covid it always seemed like a solid practice. But their protocols now include not even *seeing* sick patients until they've first tested negative for flu, strep, and covid. This seems negligent of sick patients' needs ... and lack of willingness to help if someone is legitimately ill (especially when it seems to be something other than flu/covid/strep). I hate writing bad reviews but didn't know where else to share the feedback! I'm on the search for a new PCP.
