Austin Emergency Center: Riverside Emergency Room

I went in with a "personal problem"... I think I was a little bit of a hypochondriac. They helped me and made sure that what I 'thought' I had, I didn't. They prescribed something that was over the counter and they were very nice they made me laugh they made me smile they cracked such awesome jokes. I laughed and when I left I was way more happier and not nervous than when I entered. Thank you. I will come back again if I have another hypochondriac attack. I recommend them to literally everyone. And me and one of the nurses have the same birthday "Lergo" Even the security guard made me smile and laugh. He was so nice also.

They were nice, they made me laugh, they made me feel comfortable, I wasn't scared, and they were not mean. They did exactly what I asked for, they HEARD me, they didn't overtalk me, and they gave me what I needed for my tonsils They were the best.

The ER team great! Right from the admission rep to the doctor, nurse and the techs. They took good care of me and ensured I was comfortable here while I was going through the tests. Would highly recommend the AEC!

I came in dying. The entire staff was really responsive, supportive and kind. They helped to get me feeling better and get home.

Dr. DeWall, Nurse Cass, Radiology Tech Miguel, Admissions Rep Clarisse and ER Tech Bayed all made me feel really comfortable despite me feeling very uncomfortable and in pain.
