Called Santa Chimney Sweep to service our flue and look at some cracked firebox on panels. The technician, Avram, came out and performed a thorough inspection of the fireplace and flue and gave some recommendations which we followed. Avram s extremely polite and very professional. He took great pains to ensure we understand the process and in setting our expectations. We could. not be happier. Cleaning and repairing a fire place and flue is an exceptionally messy process. Avram made sure to isolate the fire place and protect our flooring and furniture from any soot or creosote residue. When the job was complete, our home was spotless. No ash or dust anywhere. Perfect job. We are thrilled with Santa Chimney Sweeps and with Avram. Highly recommend!

Abraham did a great job helping me make sure my three fireplaces were safe, and operable. He squeezed in an appointment on the same day, and came out very shortly after with all the parts needed to fix everything. Im very grateful.

Noah was the first to come out and clean from the top of the chimney and then Abraham came with a cohart to to finish the job inside. Not only clean but put fresh mortar between the bricks. I called him at various times of day and night to asked questions. He was a complete gentleman. These guys are great!
