        My zoom appointment was at 10:00am CST, The host never joined and at 10:36 I get a voice message to join the call. I called the office at 10:06am to check why is this delay joining the zoom meeting. they asked me to send a screenshot which I did. Not very impressive service

        I did not like my first online therapy session. As more than half of the session went on with some questionaries YES/NO. And at the end she just sent me some materials to go through.. for anger management and depression. I am not happy with my first session. The forms can be sent to the patients so that they can come filling those before the session rather than spending whole hour on those YES/NO questions

        The therapist are AMAZING, Jacqueline Nelson and Terry Edwards are great at what they do!!!! BUSINESS WISE.HORRIBLE! COMMUNICATION PROBLEM RESOLUTE IS ABSOLUTELY IN NEED OF SERIOUS IMPROVEMENT!!!
