Dr. Chris Hansen has truly been amazing help with my diagnosis and management of my OCD and anxiety. He is so professional yet kind and friendly, he has offered great tools and recourses.

Dr. Hansen has been very instrumental in helping navigate the difficulties of separation and custody. He is the type of professional you look forward to speaking with. I cannot sing enough praise or recommendations for him!

Should be a minus 10. Never use them. I've reported them to Texas AG Got a statement for fraudulent amount from them Will prosecute when they initiate an attempt to secure funds. Tape everything for your own protection.

I have tried two different therapists with Thriveworks this year. Both had very minimal interaction during sessions, often just offering confirmation of what Ive just spoken about. They both offered very little conversation, therapeutic techniques, or general support. Each therapist meeting just felt like a generic meeting with someone, without regard for growth and development of the patient seeking care. Both therapists were a waste of time and energy. The last therapist I saw only twice before I pulled the plug. The red flags were there fairly quick. I discussed my preference for in-person sessions at our first meeting. She accepted me as a patient knowing she had VERY limited availability in general and a lack of in-person appointments. She then proceeded to set me up for an additional 4 Zoom sessions without notifying me that they would be virtual. It was only when I received the Zoom links that I was aware. I approached her and she notified me that she did not have any in-person availability. I honestly would have preferred for her to be upfront and honest- to not even meet with me initially- its a waste of my time and emotional energy, which are both lacking at the moment. It was a bait and switch situation. Im also very frustrated with the second session we had. We only met for 22 minutes out of the hour- due to her tardiness by 7 minutes and eagerly ended the call early. She barely spoke/advised/offered help, just listened and when I could not think of an additional topic, she ended our call early- instead of continuing to help me or suggesting to tackle previously discussed issues/concerns. Obviously, I made time to be there and committed to it- so I was open to hearing the guidance. I even started speaking more after we created appointments, but she still left the meeting. She was VERY focused on creating additional appointments instead of actually continuing our session. How disappointing I have requested to not be charged for the session. Im willing to discuss this with corporate for a resolution. Sincerely, A disappointed patient
