Javier was very helpful. We had an issue with my propane generator. Unfortunately the parts to fix were no longer made so we couldn't fix the generator but Javier and Cummins treated me very fairly.

Capable, considerate and communicative. You never really know what youre going to get in an assigned auto shop, but this worked out in our favor. Right after we got there, they immediately put paper down through the interior to the back engine access panel and drivers seat. We went in for a recall and while it was in they found seepage from the oil pan. In addressing that, bits of metal were found in the oil pan. Each step of the way we had timely communication and comprehensive knowledge. Javier was our service advisor and Marco was our mechanic. Our unit and space was respected, they worked through all of our concerns with us and called with frequent updates, as well as being great mechanics. Thank you all very much!

Javier was great. Answered all questions thoroughly and completely. Cummins got my generator in, found the problem, repaired it and promptly returned it to me. The showroom was bright and clean and inviting.

Parts dept. is extremely rude. Non helpful with simple questions. They are easily annoyed with customers that don't understand how their system works. I would rather drive to San Antonio Cummins where they actually treat you like a human being.

This is the third time I have had my generator fail for the same trouble code 45, all fails happened when we are on family trips and have 2 drive home in the heat with no power, no ac ect. We have 2 stop and sleep in hotels at 200 plus per night. I called and made an appointment to drop off the RV 3 weeks booked out. I get an email stating they want 800.00 yes that's not a typo, to estimate and troubleshoot the repairs, I call to clarify that they want 800.00 just to test and troubleshoot and and they say yes, I ask if the 800.00 will be applied to the repairs and they said it depends on what we find... really bad service your traped after waiting 3 weeks for your appointment then they want 800.00 just for an estimate.. Well after all said and done they replaced the brush block for the 3rd time under warranty and told me I need to clean my generator better.. I have asked how to clean my generator and have not received an update
