        Eilon was not even able to remove the handle on the door lock. I had to show this technician how to remove the handle. technician wanted to just sell a new door lock when it only needed service. I had to take the lock to a locksmith in Round Rock who serviced and lubricated the lock. The lock did not need to be replaced. Do NOT trust the technician Eilon from Rapid Pro Locksmith who reped me off for $65.

        I was stressed when I locked my keys in my car so naturally I lit up a cigarette and called the locksmith. Mello was so fast I was back in my car before I even finished my cigarette. FASTEST IVE EVER SEEN. TY.

        Shady!! I went on thumbtack and looked for a locksmith, they reached out to me. I was talking to several locksmiths so I mistakenly thought they were the ones I was in contact with. The technician even gave me a different company name than their actual name. I was able to figure out Rapid Pro was the company after I made payment. I asked for pricing before the technician arrived. He told me he would have to assess the door beforehand. Then once he arrived, he told me there was a lock out fee. Which he couldve been explained prior to arrival, then there was a service fee added, again something that couldve been explained prior to arrival. The repair itself was fine, their business practice is VERY shady in telling me the wrong business name and charging a lot more than the job was worth, I couldve gotten a brand new lock and installation for cheaper.
