The absolute worst government office I've ever visited. Walk in and be treated like an inmate and talked to like a child. People should not be treated with such disrespect Those in charge and the government officials above them should be ashamed.

Its closed because its cold even though this service says its open and the sign on the door says its Closed for MLK Day, returning Tuesday the 16th at 8:am
Well. Its Tuesday the 16th at 9:30am and the door is locked up and its dark inside.
The one lady who walked out the back to the line of people who were outside freezing told us that she was told to go home because of ice on the roads
Its frigid cold but there has been ZERO ice anywhere.
These people dont come to work when its cold and dont bother to even update their hours here or on their own door.
Nice job with our tax money, Texas Health and Human Services.
Hope youre comfortable in bed while you soak the clock for our tax money!
Were all freezing out here in line!
