Shop owner is super cool. If I didnt live an hour away, this store would be my regular shop. Thats coming from someone who works at their competitor.

This place never disappoints. I only ever order delivery, due to being unable to physically pick up myself, and they are on point every time. They know my name as a repeat customer and they treat me as suchwith friendliness, recognition, kindness and courtesy. Even when Ive called them on the phone directly. they look me up and treat me as of my issue is of the utmost priority. Ive only ever had positive experiences with Northwest. Theyve got my business and loyalty for life!

Good Selection, extremely helpful and friendly staff always, but the prices are a bit high. I dont mind paying a couple bucks more than Total Wine for the convenience, but the prices here still feel slightly steep. Love the employees and managers though its definitely a great and safe place to shop.
