I used to always recommend this place to people. The location, product variety and people for the most part are amazing! My most recent visit was beyond disappointing however. There is a bag policy, they do not allow any backpacks or purses. That day I came with my wallet and was immediately told that I couldnt have it in the store admit theft concerns. I let the newer employee (Ive never seen her before) know that its my wallet, showed her that it was the size of my iPhone and she still rudely cut me off and demanded that I leave it upfront with her. As I was shopping I overheard another girl being told the same for her much larger purse, and she let the employee take it to hold at the register. As the girl was shopping I watched her turn to her coworker and say I mean do you have money, youre too broke to shop here?. Hearing the staff speak so negatively about customers made me equally upset and uncomfortable. Lingerie shops are meant to be a place where ladies go to feel better about themselves, and this experience did not do that for me. I shop here frequently- multiple times a month and have spent thousands in the last year and have never had a complaint until now.

i have very thick thighs and got tired of ordering tights/stockings online & having them not fit right, so i stopped inside while i was in the area. the two ladys working (one with coloured hair and the other in a beautiful dress) helped/suggested comfortable stockings for my costume. they even googled the cosplay and brought me options they recommended! the prices were great & the quality is amazing, way better than amazon! i signed up for their free mailing list & got a free thong too! conversation was also fantastic, i definitely enjoyed and felt safe in the store. the stockings fit great & im very happy. will definitely be back when i need more! support local businesses, these guys are the best !!!

This used to be one of my favorite places, but because of their new "anti-shoplifting policies" I won't be returning. First they took my purse and hid it behind the counter where it was both out of my hands and my sight with 2 employees beside it where they could have taken anything they wanted. Then I was scolded that only one person was allowed in the dressing room. Do you not have enough common sense to know that people don't want to step out into the store wearing just lingerie? I'm very disappointed. I am not a thief and do not appreciate being treated as such.
