Just left this store, Ive come plenty times before and never had the experience I did today. Two ladies at the cash register couldnt even greet me & they both clearly saw me walk in. As I walked around they just stared at everyone in displeasure. Then as I was being checked out, not once did she ask if I was able to find what I was looking for. She rang up my item, gave me the total, I asked her if she could apply my discount, she acted as if she didnt know what discount I was referring to. Just rude! Her name is Victoria with glasses, kinda wavy dry frizzy hair. After I asked if she was having a tough day she said no Im having a great day, but her actions definitely did not show it. Hope yall can get it together at cindies

Visited this store on 5/21 and bought a product from them and when I got home to open it, it was broken and does not work. Called to speak to someone about it and they told me they're not accepting refunds regardless if they sold me a defective and broken item. Complete waste of my money and I am definitely not happy. Will not be returning.

I will never shop at Cindies ever again Id rather drive 45 min out of my way when I need something from now on! This store is a joke
