Simply put the process with Jessica has been transformative. From myofascial release, to bowenwork, and even breath work : Jessicas wheelhouse of talents was able to meet me perfectly along my healing journey. Doctors refused to listen to my concerns and it wasnt until I went to Jessica that my chronic pain began to dissipate. I began to consciously participate in life again and feel in control of my emotions. Instead of just a passenger along for the ride while my emotion took the lead. The growth Ive made in 6 months with Jessica as my life coach has not only helped me develop and mature, but it has helped me reconnect with myself and what I actually need. I guess taking care of myself was something I seemed to have forgotten.

Before seeing Jessica I had a lot of anxiety. I got to a point were I was having anxiety on a daily and it was taking over my life. After meeting with Jessica I am the happiest Ive ever been in my life. She gave me the tools to navigate life and my anxiety triggers. Now, I navigate my life less stressed, less anxious and more fulfilled in life. I definitely recommend her has a life coach. It was such a wonderful life changing experience and shes there for you every step of the way.

Working with Jessica was a very unexpected and impactful experience for me at a time in my life where it was needed more than ever! 6 months ago, I was all but ready to give up on my future and everything I had dreamed of for me and my family stemming from years of chronic pains, illness, and some unresolved childhood issues causing me so much struggle and pain. Jessica has the natural ability to make you feel so comfortable in some of the hardest conversations and also makes you feel worthy of the things you deserve. We worked together to sift through and bring light to many neglected parts of myself, and this is where the healing began. I am not out of the woods yet, but thanks to this coaching process, I have a renewed vision and lots of hope going forward. I NEVER would have been able to get here on my own. Working with Coach Jessica these past 6 months has left me feeling really light with relief at the end, but also inspired to take action because shes lifted incredible weight off my shoulders by teaching me to believe in myself above all else. She was super dedicated to working through barriers and obstacles caused by my past trauma. Coach Jess was the mother I never had, comforting me for feeling negative emotions while dutifully explaining how I solve my problems and feel better! Shes truly an inspirational businesswoman who built her own business from the ground up, which is so admirable and inspirational for business women who want to be successful. I have been seeing Jessica now for many years for bodywork. When she started doing coaching, I had to sign up! Jessica has changed my life in so many ways and continues to do so. I started seeing Jessica because I was in chronic pain and as I continued to see her, I started seeing changes I wasn't expecting. My healing journey began with her help. I decided to do coaching with her to grow as a person, to find my purpose, and to learn how to release all the trauma, shame, guilt, self hate, fear and anger I was holding onto. Working with Jessica, I began to enter a very special and sacred journey that I continue to be on. And I continue to seek her help, guidance, support and unconditional love. I feel safe in her space and safe with her. I can open up and be myself with her, and each time I see her, I learn more about myself and gain even more confident. I am so grateful I found Jessica and I am so grateful for who she is and what she does. She is my mentor, my teacher, a beautiful person and I am honored to call her my friend. I am so excited to continue on this special journey with her and see where life takes me!
