The space is welcoming and clean. My clinician made me feel comfortable and she made sure that I had what I needed including after care information. I have noticed a difference after a few sessions and will continue my treatments with LaserAway! Thanks yall!!!

I came in for my very first potenza session and was immediately greeted by Lesley (clinic director) and Kelsey (clinic lead). This was my first time doing anything like this and I was very nervous. Lesley and Kelsey were so unbelievably sweet, and made me feel SO welcomed and comfortable. They offered me a blanket, stress ball, and water & assured me that I would be in the best hands. They totally calmed my anxiety. I was blown away by their phenomenal customer service. While numbing, they came into my room and answered every single question I had. They were both extremely knowledgeable and informative. Sydney was the nurse who did my treatment & she was incredible. She went over the treatment step by step and made sure all of my questions were answered before laying me back to start. I felt extremely safe. She made sure to check on me throughout my entire treatment, and gave me words of encouragement making feel at ease and making the entire process so tranquil. There are not enough great things I can say about my experience. Im truly blown away. Thank you so much for your hospitality, customer service & guidance! Im so excited to come back. I totally recommend!!
