    We had an excellent experience in purchasing 2 built-in GE Monogram refrigerators/freezer units from Frog Pad. Steve and Aleigha were fantastic in helping us initially with suggestions regarding GE repair options (ultimately one unit was unrepairable) and then in dealing with GE-corporate to match current Monogram units to meet our needs and installation space. Purchase, delivery, and installation were done perfectly, and all commitments were met. I highly recommend the Frog Pad team for their professionalism and outstanding customer service.

    Big shout out to Steve Pyle and his crew at the Frog Pad for A+ customer service. We had problems with our 6 yr old Jennair refrigerator lights going out. We learned from the repair tech it was a known problem and Whirlpool was replacing them for free if newer than 5 years. We just missed the cutoff and it was an expensive repair. After us getting no satisfaction from Jennair directly, Steve contacted his rep to help get us some relief. He was able to get them to at least pay for the parts. Much appreciated!

    We bought appliances from The Frog Pad for our newly remodeled kitchen a few years ago. When we experienced ongoing malfunctions with our wall oven, Steve reached out to the manufacturer to insure the problem was resolved with no expense to us. Outstanding customer service!

    We purchased Jennair kitchen appliances (double oven, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher) from Steve at Frog Pad back in 2016. Steve got us an awesome package discount and everything from the purchase to the installation was very smooth. Recently, we had an issue with our oven where one of the repair parts was out of stock for over 2 months. I just contacted Steve to see if there were any alternatives, but he went really above and beyond and contacted Jennair customer service directly. Not only were they able to locate the part, but even waived the cost of the part and we had to pay for installation only! This is by far the best customer service experience for a purchase made over 6 years ago! I would highly recommend Steve and the Frog Pad for any appliance or kitchen/bath design needs!
