Bamboo Remodeling

Their initial response time is great and someone comes out and does a 3-D rendering of the project, but after that it lost it for me. I got emails for weird zoom meetings and I asked if someone was actually going to come and do consultation in person and they said they would do it after the fact. When I finally got the zoom meeting set up and the time zone was set for the Philippines. It seemed very disorganized so I bowed out.

starting they dont have an office or physically place the address it showed is not real, just look for it on google maps, they didn't pay me my last salary, I actually spend even money for this company it also never paid to me, even the half, and also a resignation salary, plus they didn't pay me back what I spend for my accident, when they promised they will do cause supposed I have insurance from them I was waiting for 8 months and nothing that is s violation of contract and penalty ,is not true, they gave you a laptop for work is already with them, all their items they provided but after that I never received my payment, they would be breaking what was signed in the contract, they didn't pay my last salary, my insurance bill accident, and a last resignation salary I have screenshots , kindly hard cause once I have calls for trades asking me if we have projects where they can work and if we don't, I need to tell them for orders that we have and we will keep them update but the truth is we didn't , kindly hard cause I resigned in January 26 and until now, I don't have my last salary, my bill back accident, and the resignation compensation, even for they violate what in the contract we signed to have insurance , kind sad but be aware about this for person's who are thinking to do a remodeling with this company , I'm not the only complain , easy spread this in some radio in austin, and fb spread so more clients will noted and don't risk their self, as a feedback might be but is not my way even having contacts in some radio there, I'll pass for do that, if you are just looking for a remodel to your house or anything,g better a independent trade o there are many companies more good and cheap, professional some other things screenshots,unprofessional with employees contract salary and more, fyi , austin, and some other areas.

I love that I can see everything mocked up in a 3D render before I commit to getting it installed into our bathroom.

Bamboo is considerably very new and as a business owner, I understand the their growing pains. It was unfortunate that my kitchen remodel apparently took forever with several hiccups, but they were patience with my complaints and were persistence with the goal of completion. They've discounted my labors in return of compensation. I've given them suggestions how to improve their business and services, as i believe it's on their roadmap in the near future. I really like their idea, however, it's the people that needs to improve their skills on their jobs. They'll achieve it in no time. Bamboo won't rip you off if you give them a chance. I'm rating them a 3-star, but they get 5 for their consistency and loyalty. Lower ratings are based on their time of completion.
