Hello. Thank you for reviewing us. We’re sad that you were unhappy with your Seiko watch after resizing. We go out of our way to resize watches with care, but resizing a watch is sometimes difficult because the pins are very tight or crooked from being resized before. This may have been the case with your watch. Any watch repairman would’ve struggled the same way, unfortunately. Next time you resize your Seiko, I recommend asking for new pins. Around the time of your visit, I helped a customer who kept changing his mind about the watch size and I had to change pins 4 times to try to make the customer happy. Each time, the pins get more damaged and resizing becomes tougher. If that was you, I’m sorry that you were still not happy after all my effort.
