Sales woman tried to accuse my wife and I of not paying for a ring rather than asking about the situation. Their own record keeping was inaccurate, which we proved. May shop at The Ring again but never this location, would rather drive across town thanks to her.

This is THE place to buy an engagement ring! Fantastic service, exceptional quality and an overall very educational, pleasant and enjoyable experience. From the start you can browse their robust collections of rings and diamonds and ask to see and feel anything with your own hands and eyes to help with your exploration or decision. I was lucky enough to work with Richard and Jarah who personalized our experience and elevated everything far beyond what I couldve imagined the process would or could be. Do yourself a favor and stop in and ask to speak to them. We got the ring of her dreams at a very competitively affordable price with quick turnaround time. Couldnt recommend more!

We had Jara help us out. She was amazing and so personable. Relatable! She showed as all of the in store options and then let us know we could also order rings made to our preferences! She kept us up with thorough communication. Was kind and attentive. 10/10 Amazing experience and now we have our rings Thank you Jara!!!

The Ring is incredible! I love that all the cases are already open for browsing - it is so approachable and makes the experience way less stressful than having a salesperson following you around. Jarah and Katie were so easy to work with and got the right balance of letting us be to talk it out while also being attentive to our needs. Yall rock!
