        Despite prolonged waiting in the lobby of the clinic, Dr. Hinman has always been consistently cordial and accommodating.

        Absolute garbage. My employer scheduled an annual exam here more than a month ago. Waited 30 minutes to be seen (with an appointment) and so far have been waiting another 90 minutes to be seen after they covered the basic tests and then left me in an exam room. The nurse tried to get me to fill out a customer satisfaction survey halfway into the appointment in a shifty attempt to get a decent grade before they knowingly left me in a room with out any follow up. Ten minutes of actual face-to-face examination has taken more than two hours and counting (with an appointment). Garbage.
