Anna Buteau

Save yourself the headache and find another primary care physician and practice. You deserve better. The scheduling is a mess and the staff is callous and unprofessional. After having been rescheduled twice as well as getting no-showed by Dr. Buteau once, I finally had an appointment several months after my originally scheduled date. Unfortunately google maps took me to the clinics old location a few blocks away so I called ahead to apologize and they said to come on in. I arrived 8 minutes late, as I had previewed over the phone, and was told Dr. Buteau would not see me because she has a strict 5 minute policy. I implored the staff to ask again, hoping for some grace for my 3 minutes over the policy given how long I had waited due to their prior reschedulings and the no call no show by Dr. Buteau. With a couple eye rolls, they went back and returned with employee Delicia who abruptly told me they had no time for me and when I explained the situation to her, she raised her eyebrows at me and rudely said she would go speak with the person who pays [her] (presumably Dr. Buteau) and did not have time to speak with me. She stormed off and after some time a different nurse, Lori, came out to ask if I had paperwork before stating that Dr. Buteau confirmed she would not see me. I have never felt more insignificant or uncared for at a doctors office in my life. You could not pay me to go back to Capital Medical Clinic after the way I was treated and I hope this will help someone else avoid the same disappointing and upsetting experience in the future.

Dr Buteau is personal, kind, and very smart physician. I have been incredibly fortunate to have found her.
