Becareful with the reps at this store. They paint you a pretty picture, and suddenly you get your 1st bill with all these extra charges. I went back to the store to complain, and they said that is beyond their control. I was offered mobile and internet package 130$ now my bill is 190$ p/m these guys focus on numbers not customers.

They lead you on to get you hooked in. Sometimes my experience is better then others. But there are a lot of misleading customer service workers at their call center! Beware and ask as many questions as possible! And even after they answer do your own research! Good luck

Bewildering levels of incompetence. I am absolutely shocked at how bad this company is. Returning a modem (a 5-year old modem, that no one on this earth will ever reuse) turned into a multi-day fiasco. Do. Not. Use. Spectrum.

I went to Spectrum to inquire about their phone services, and was assisted by an employee named Rich Gonzalez. He was so efficient, knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly! I cannot speak highly enough about the customer service I received!
