Whether or not SteadyContent accepts you as a writer depends less on your ability to write than on your ability to guess. My name is on 4 books that are currently available and will be on a 5th book in 2025. I know how to write. I didn't know how to guess what SteadyContent wanted. They provided no examples of how they wanted content written. Don't waste your time with anything before the writing test in case you don't know how to guess, either.

I've had a great experience working for Steady Content the last two years or so. They've always been fair and there's steady work nearly all the time. The keys to success here are being able to follow instructions every time and simply working steadily and regularly every week. Once you do that for a few weeks, your income stream is quite predictable even if every single article you write doesn't get through the whole approval process the same week you write it. I work (and have worked for different platforms; this is my favorite by far.

I had some great domains that were not really being utilized, thought I'd give them a try and have them write some content. 6 months later both of the sites are ranking high for many keywords without doing anything else other than their content and I literally have to do nothing. I'd recommend asking them for 1000-2000+ word content because it tends to perform better in rankings. They write great content, publish it, ad pics, everything. Great company and highly recommend!

Stay away...the website is a joke. Reps take copy, post it online, then don't pay the writers | I've been a paid, professional writer and editor for more than 10 years in virtually every facet of the occupation--I have a graduate degree in English, so I am more than qualified--this company uses computers to make decisions rather than people--the company leadership doesn't respond either. Short version: they steal copy from writers, don't pay them, and publish material anyway. If you want to work for free, then this is the company for you...
