Brett and the nameless wizards at Lifted Search did a tremendous job of quickly understanding our business and designing a website that helped us tell our story. As a busy business owner, I really appreciate their ability to make things happen on their own.....not tons of hand holding from me. I dreaded redesigning our website since, in my head, the process was going to be a time gobbler, not so, even in the slightest. We had a 20 min conversation and they were off, with a few more efficient emails that only I could answer, the process was EXTREMELY painless to me. I have done several website designs and redesigns with other groups and this was an entirely different experience. Capital Care Plumbing really enjoyed working with Brett. He was very attentive and willing to sit through all our different ideas and goals that we were trying to reach with SEO and SEM. Very detailed reports were handed to us monthly and we were able to listen to our conversations that were recorded which in turn taught us to write a better script, and figure why we where loosing those great leads coming from Google.
