We met Lori Wahrmund in 2019, when Ted Heaton's State Farm office in Austin, TX, was recommended to us for our insurance needs as we relocated to Houston from California.  Lori has been an invaluable source of insurance insight and guided us through the process of weighing our risk tolerance and purchasing the right policies to meet our needs.  Lori is highly competent and extremely knowledgeable -- she knows the policies, understands the business, returns calls promptly, etc. -- and Ted is a genius for keeping her on staff.  By the way, through the years we've had the opportunity to work with Ted as well; he is clearly customer-focused and hires & trains his staff to provide valuable service.  I can confidently recommend this competent and trustworthy office for your insurance needs in Texas.
