No follow up. When they do 20 questions to verify identity. Wonder how they would fo if a claim came up.

Only in agreement with everyone else. Worst customer service company EVER and this is an insurance company. From beginning to end, just bad customer service, lack of knowledge from the sales people, and it was impossible to cancel the policy. I asked them for a call back on Tuesday (doesn't matter which Tuesday) and they called me back the following Monday (6 days later!) I can't imagine if I had to make a claim with this company and thank goodness, I never did. I think Hippo is trying to be "futuristic" and combine self serving AI with minimal staff. If this is the future of business, we are in a world of hurt :(

They never, ever call you back. Even when you have an active policy with them. 2 hours wait on the phone sometimes

Filed a claim January 12, over 6 weeks later, no one has contacted me. Hippo takes your payment. They don't do anything else, like provide insurance.
