I was a customer from October 30, 2023 up until a few weeks ago. I had multiple issues with billing despite never having a claim or driving ticket, including the agent originally signing me up for a life insurance policy without ever using the words life insurance when I only wanted car insurance. After canceling that, the next month I received an incorrect bill. Finally, they removed a discount without telling me, leading to my rate almost doubling, and I canceled once I saw that.
I have no doubt they will respond to my review and say they technically did nothing wrong, and that may be, but the whole experience was shady. In 2024 theres no reason State Farm cant allow me to purchase insurance solely online like every other major insurance provider. I personally would not trust this particular agent for anything. My parents had State Farm for 30 years and never had an issue, but they had a better agent than the one at this location. Im only 23, all they had to do was treat me well and Id use them for the next 45 years, but they resorted to being deceitful. Watch out!
My other complaint is that whenever I emailed the representative, he only replied to my questions when I cced Aspen Kralich on the email. Just very poor customer service. But very friendly people.
