Allstate Insurance - Carla Carlow

I emailed and emailed because rate was high and wanted to see if they could get me a lower price on my auto insurance. No response. I got insurance with a different company and emailed to cancel my policy. No response. I called and left message to cancel. I sent email with letter to cancel and they still have the policy as active! Horrible agency! Dont use!

I sent multiple emails and calls directly to my agent and the 1800# that is listed on my ID cards. The phone would constantly route me to an extention that would not allow me to leave a message. Finally after calling several other Allstate offices (only to be told that they cannot access my account) I spoke with my agent. She sent me a email that was suppose to have the added vehicle listed but it didn't. Today marked 6 days that I have emailed and called without no response from my agent. After googling and calling random Allstate numbers for an entire week. I reached a agent that went out of his way to help me even though I was not assigned to him. After adjusting my insurance I found out that the vehicle was NEVER added to the policy. This also caused me to continue to pay coverage for a vehicle that wasn't taken off my policy until today as well. This was very stressful and I hope that no one else have to experience this. This left me with many concerns on how things would go if an emergency happened and I couldn't reach anyone. Along with the integrity of my agent to literally send me a email stating that the car was add and it WASN'T!
