TAI has earned a 5-star review for their excellent customer service. ...Or in this case, great non-customer service. I needed very specific event insurance that I had been unable to find anywhere, and upon reaching out to TAI I was informed that they also don't provide that service. However, instead of turning me away (despite my inability to bring them business) they still figured out my needs and then directed me towards two options that do provide exactly the insurance I required- and at a great price point! I proactively reached out to Texas Associates Insurors for them to quote for liability and D&O insurance for our HOA.Well, they must be all good....because the gentleman (actually, I think he was a Sr. Partner in this firm.....) who responded to my original email wasn't really interested in any new business (or at least doing any work for a new account - or even assigning an agent to follow-up). No follow-up. No offer to come out an look at the Common property, assets, etc.Oh, and did I mention that I made this was EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR THEM - as I had send them OUR CURRENT POLICY - meaning it would have not taken much effort at all.In my book, if an insurance company is lazy on A REALLY EASY QUOTE, then you probably shouldn't expect much from them when you really need them,If you need new insurance, don't bother.....these guys are all good.
