        We have had Allstate for about 30 years. Now I will explain why we have been with Allstate for that long...in a name, Jim Phillips. Wow! Y'all have a jewel in this gentleman. Keep this man! He is caring, helpful and kind. Jim has always gone out of his way to make sure we have been taken care of, and I can almost bet that this is how he takes care of all of his clients. Allstate, your well-known saying "Your in good hands with Allstate" may as well be speaking about Jim, because we always have felt we could trust what Jim said was true and covered us well. Allstate, please share this with Jim, I hope he gets to see this... My only regret is that we haven't done this sooner.

        I have been trying to get in touch with them since i had a horrible experience with my claim adjuster, they have not done anything. they help you when you get your policy not when you have a claim.
