Dr. Sunil Cheruku

Dr. C had the best bedside manor in the medical field. He makes me at ease and explains what is going on in terms I can understand. He and his staff at wound care are tops with me.

I needed HBOT treatment for a medical condition. Although I hope no one ever needs HBOT, it is a very productive treatment. However, this doctor and his staff are basically incompetent. The secretary first told me that I would not be able to receive treatment for my condition even though I had a doctor referral. Then when they weren't moving quick enough, I sought treatment elsewhere. The secretary called me and told me I was committing insurance fraud by seeking treatment at multiple locations. (That's not how insurance fraud works). On the other hand, the techs are very helpful and great. Finally, the doctor has very little bedside manner and barely ever interacted with me. I really hope no one has to go here but I know many people do, and I truly hope they get the help they need before it is too late.
