Jorge was very kind, but wasnt able to diagnose our problem in over two hours. He said the entire AC needed to be replaced. The second opinion we got found there was hardly any Freon in our system. Jorge said he couldnt get his tools into the AC to move forward with diagnosing, but somehow the other tech was able to let us know what the issue was within 45 minutes. Our home is now cool for the first time since we moved in.
