Great service from the guys Mark & Larry. AC Pros gave me a time window knowing I had some schedule conflicts towards the end of the hour and they came and got finished way earlier than expected. Super courteous and professional.

I contacted the company for a mini split in my garage, they came out very quickly and installed it for me and the overall experience was excellent. Firstly their workers were very professional, especially Mark their technician who took the time to show me how everything works the day after the installation. You have a customer for life.

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldnt have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.
