Intelligent Air Services, LLC (iAir)

Miguel stopped by to check my indoor and outdoor unit for a preventative maintenance. He did a fantastic job explaining everything he was going to check and even rinsed off my outdoor condenser unit coils. He thoroughly checked out my attic unit and made sure it was running optimally. He checked and cleared out my condensate line just to be sure there wasnt any debris obstructing the line. Great job! Thanks Intelligent Air

I have had a lot of issues with our mini split AC system. Everytime theres an issue, Mike Davis is able to identify the problem, lay out the possible options, and able to fix the issue. Mike really knows how these systems work and is the technician I trust the most. He even offers up his personal number should something stop working correctly after he leaves the appointment and will return. Due to number of issues and dollars spent on replacing parts of this system, I cant give this a 5 star rating. But I do appreciate iAirs responsiveness and willingness to help.

We called iAir Services with an emergency AC failure and Michael came out that afternoon, diagnosed the problem and came the next day and fixed everything. Michael has been completing our twice yearly check ups for several years and we trust him explicitly. iAir Services has always been very fair and it is obvious they appreciate loyal customers. I am certain if we had called anyone else with an emergency, they would not have been able to immediately respond. We have been very happy with them and have recommended them to friends in the area. They will be performing all our HIVAC needs in the future.

iAir installed our HVAC unit in our home a few years ago, and we've had a few follow up service appointments since then to diagnose and troubleshoot some issues. When things don't work perfectly, that can be frustrating, but two things about iAir stand out that have made me really pleased to give them my business: 1. The owner stepped in to resolve our concern when we had initial problems, and he was very responsive and showed that he's a man of his word, so iAir has earned my trust. 2. Big kudos to their technician, Michael Davis, who knows his stuff, is great at keeping us informed of progress during his work, and all-around has been a pleasure to work with.

Michael is a very good technician; caring, helpful and knowledgeable!!! He knew my new system was not working right and stayed on it until it was and also helped me with the Carrier App. Thanks Michael
