Here was what happened : 1. They had a window to show up 8-10. Texted 9am saying theyll be there in 20 min. Then an hour later they showed up. 2. The crew did not bring trash bags. What kind of cleaning service doesnt bring trash bags? 3. First estimate it will take 2 hrs. Then turned to 3 and a half hours. Then turned to additional 45 min. Extremely bad estimates. 4. Claimed they were not able to clean the bottom of the fridge. Guess what- I wiped it up with tissue paper without using any force. ( see picture). 5. Left trash on the floor. Didnt even pick up the trash. 6.Left without any kind of check of work. Later claimed that was because we told them to leave- straight up lies. 7. I gave the feedback on the quality of work and was told I will be contacted by a manager the next day to resolve this. No one called the next day. Do not recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!! They will overcharge you. Charged me double the estimated price. And they didn't even clean the appliances as promised. When I attempted to reach out to them I kept getting the run around saying somebody would call me back. They never did. After 3 voicemails and 4 emails I gave up and disputed the charge with my credit card company. Terrible way to do business. Service: Moving-related cleaning
