*UPDATE* We did end up moving to another competitor service because the last team they sent to clean did almost nothing. The kitchen and bathrooms didnt even look like they had been touched. The floors were streaky, nothing dusted but the blinds, and the carpeted floors/stairs werent vacuumed at all. There was a decently steady decline in service from MM. Our team changed and it was all downhill from there. Maria and Cecelia (Route 3) are THE best! These ladies leave our home beautifully clean every time. They are thorough and super sweet! It is such a joy to have them as our team. They work around our kids when theyre here and really try to make sure that things are done the way I want. The customer service is awesome, too. Weve only had to have one re-clean (not our normal team) in two years and they came out the next day. Maria, Cecelia and Molly Maid have made my life so much easier and I am so thankful for them and the peace of mind they bring. I cannot thank these ladies enough. Well worth every penny!
