        I would never hire them again. I was assured they would do well cleaning my house after a remodeling job, but I had to instruct them on almost everything. The final straw - my wood floors were very dusty like they are after you have replaced tile, and instead of sweeping and then dust mopping, they did not sweep but just wet mopped the dust floors. They were sweet workers, but not adequately supervised, and I didnt have time to do it. Thankfully I had two teams at the house that day and the other team went back over everything. It was a waste of money. Dont waste your money like I did.

        No show, no call. Had to do move-out clean myself. As a person with disabilities this service was a godsend to use before and I counted on them this time. As a repeat customer I was taken aback to not even receive a call that they wouldnt be coming. I needed it cleaned on time and this company failed me. I had hoped to use them for my new place but how wrong I was.

        We used castle cleaning after construction repairs to our condo in Austin. The team worked meticulously to wipe down and mop up everything repeatedly until it was clean. This deep clean was very much appreciated - we would recommend and use their services again. Services: Moving-related cleaning, Deep clean

      Here at Castle Cleaning the buck starts and stops with me the owner. We spoke over the phone and I also left two voicemail messages to work out an arrangement to make right whatever was not right. Note: The home was not ready to be cleaned. Furniture and boxes were everywhere and there were workers on sight performing remodeling. We did our very best to assist and keep the dust down and wipe down surfaces i.e. bookshelves, cabinets, drawers, limited floor space amongst the chaos.Typically, when remodeling is finished and the space is empty of furniture and contractors is when Castle Cleaning comes in to perform a make ready type cleaning. Unfortunately, this was not that situation. We attempted our best effort to accommodate this client. When the floors only have walk ways because of the excessive furniture and boxes and people walking on them it is difficult to perform cleaning duties. Maybe when all remodeling is finished, we can finally perform the cleaning the home truly deserves.

      In 22 years we have never no call, no showed. When you booked the service with us, we mentioned you would be the last job of the day because we were very busy. Our estimated arrival time we provided was 4:00pm. We still have you on schedule for today and are coming to your place next. Our Supervisor left you a voicemail at 3:44pm and text message.
