Staff are amazing! Friendly and responsive! And the therapists worked so well with my dad and now he is much stronger!

Inferior rehab experience. Minimal preparation for the future that I was going to have to face. Had right foot drop and the resulting inability to drive a car normally. Requested information multiple times on the issue of driving. The problem was never addressed. This lack of good care resulted my having to independently discover how I could possibly learn how to drive a car. I had no idea what the possibilities were. After many phone calls and research online I discovered an independent physical therapist that would come to my home and train me. I have since learned that Medicare wouldve covered this therapy had a physician written an order. I ended up paying well over $1000 for the service. Still angry about this poor rehab care after 3 1/2 years. That is the reason I am writing it this now. Perhaps it will prevent someone else from having the same problem.
