This was the first time in many years that I was involved in purchasing a car. Brad was very personable and very willing to listen to several of my car related stories. All of which were about former Hondas. This put me at ease, making the process go quite smoothly. Since it took a while for my new car to arrive and Brad and I had to stay in touch, let me add that he was also good a delivering rather unhappy news in a relatively positive way. When the car arrived, he explained a lot and answered my many questions. Finally, he has already called to check on how I have been managing with the car.

Very late posting about my car purchase from Howdy Honda. I worked with Edward Kwak. This is the second Honda I have from Howdy with Edward. He is fantastic. Honestly one of the nicest guys and straight to the point. He doesn't do the typical car salesman game and is just honest and a straight shooter. I have also experienced bad behavior from other male car salesmans at different dealerships. But Edward always treated me with respect and spoke to my father in the exact same manner. So I am very appreciative of him. Edward has such a kind demeanor and is very informative as well. I definitely can see myself coming back to Howdy Honda just to work with Edward cause I fully trust him during the car buying process. I literally could go on with nice things to say about him. So if you are looking for an honest and direct car guy, call Edward Kwak!
