Furnish the care providers with text capabilities, yes, cell phones for the employees! Not everyone can talk in their phones, while at work! I need to be texted, but am reminded how nurses dont have text capability.

Great compassion for all of their patients that they care for. Outstanding, listening that they do when something is wrong and you want to talk. This skill set is amazing. They are so well trained. I can say that cause Im a medical professional of 26 years. So I know when I see excellence. Especially for Julie, Todd, and Kit. As of today Im gonna have to use them again because I hurt myself. I cant wait to see how good it goes! I hope this company knows what an asset these three people are. God bless all of you. . Even though this post is under my husbands name, Im the one that wrote it. Enhabit was recommended as the sister company of Encompass Rehab Hospital. My mom had such a wonderful, life-changing experience with Encompass it was a no brainer to continue her in-home care with Enhabit once she was released from Encompass. What high expectations we were coming from and what a let down the entire experience was. Aside from one PT (Sharon) who actually seemed to care about my mom's progress towards walking again, no one else seemed to give a $h**. They seem to try to fit appointments in where they can, calling a day ahead of time with one available time slot, and with different nurses, PTs, OTs who have no clue who my mom is and where she is in her PT/OT journey. They show up late, no apologies and no communication, to ask some questions to check mark some boxes and leave as quickly as they can. The appointment process is frustrating. The level of genuine care seems to be non existent. I would absolutely not recommend.

i had PT, OT and Nursing services with Enhabit and they are wonderful, very professional and caring. I would like to mention Shennel (OT) who also gave me a lot of support in a very stressful situation that I had as well as Felicia (PT). I am also greatfull to Matt (PT) Daniel, Logan, Valentina, Amanda, Patrick and Luis. In general all the staff. I want to thank them all from my hear for an excellent service in the past year.
