      Mr. Lanas your loved one has had numerous caregivers and she has turned everyone away. If you or your loved one is NOT satisfied with the work there is ALWAYS other agencies available as we are in an "at will state" and client have "options". Unfortunately you will encounter this type of behavior with ANY agency that you choose. This is out of our control and we do take these type of behaviors very seriously.
