My package with the machine came in and it had a nasal mask,called in and they sent out a full face I have used it for two days and it seems the air pressure is to high and I am having some problem with leakage but this may be me have used before but too many years ago will keep trying also the high pressure is causing my mouth to be kept open and the dry mouth and drying of my teeth is very bad

Ordered supplies 1X 3/22. Received a bill after being told everything was covered on 2/23. Paid balance. Now 1/24 being billed again told insurance didn't pay. Seriously terrible billing company telling me balance due 2 years later after paying.

My wife called for her equipment to be picked up after her pulmonologist gave her the all clear. Due to having to go out of town unexpectedly for her cancer treatment, she called to reschedule. When they did not show to pick up the equipment she called Apria. They told her the pick up had been cancelled because the account had changed from rental to ownership and that we owed around $3000. We were never contacted about this change and certainly did not approve it. After going around and around with their customer service team on the phone (worst experience ever) we ended up having to drive an hour one way to return the equipment. We were told the balance will be taken care of but that remains to be seen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF YOU CAN HELP IT!
