        I absolutely love my experience at Urban Betty every time I come in. I've been seeing Jess Mindrup for over 2 years now and she nails it every time. The full experience from the hair wash, to cut, to styling leaves me feeling so confident. Jess M takes the time to listen to what I want from my haircut, and also gives me amazing advice and recommendations to help with my hair. I went from dry and fried hair to healthy and long locks. I recommend Jess M to anyone who is wanting a luxury experience from a detailed oriented, kind, and warm stylist. The salon itself offers a convenient location with parking available, refreshments during my cut, and top notch products.

        Was unable to get the services I booked an appointment for. It was a specialty service, two French braids, but they booked the appointment and the girl couldnt do it. I then asked for help making some ponytails, and they came out lopsided. Not sure how good coloring is, but would not recommend

        1st Salon experience for my 7 y.o. grandbaby! Ellie was AWESOME!! Let's goooooo! (To be fair, the before pic was my baby in her natural state). Her mom and dad and other gammy are thrilled!
